I have some pages under different subdomains, so they show up twice with different page counts.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add a UI mask to define domain groups. Domains to add can be picked from the registered ones. The stats page should aggregate visits on both pages. To avoid duplicates, check the group for existing visits.
