【头顶血条】加载数据双头顶问题 #31

用户首次加载数据，默认开启头顶血条时候，
没有自动关闭系统血条，
要手动关闭头顶再开启才生效，否则会同时存在插件血条及系统血条，
希望可以强制关闭一下系统血条，
