GitBookize localization documentation and remove old files.

Although previous steps have been taken to at least record what has been done in Processing/localization/Localization_Documentation, this documentation should be moved over to GitBook. Additionally, localization.py should be removed; git will remember the file by the nature of how it works.

Although I understand why we have SquareDetector.py there, refrain from including it in later commits.
