Missing ScaledBorderAndShadow in ASS

I edit subtitles all the time and I have found a little problem with pysubs2

in the subtitle header pysub2 seems to be missing this line

ScaledBorderAndShadow: yes

as I try to make sure my edited version of the subtitles work with both
MPH and VLC

I keep having to add that line to the header...for some reason VLC
screws up the play res without that line in the header
