For correct line-by-line debugging, binaries must be compiled without optimization.

At the moment I can't find the configuration option, so I just locally replace all -O2 with -O0 in configure.ac and libvmi/configure.ac.

The recommended build system is meson+ninja, that should set the proper optimization flags if you are making a debug build.
