No airflow

Describe the bug
Hi, first of all thank you for this tool, it is exactly what I was looking for, but I have some issues.
To begin with I had to check on the other reported issues to be able to get the server to launch (pip install pip install gunicorn==19).

I also had to remove '.decode(..)' at multiple places in users.py

Also when I follow the 'CONTRIBUTING' I can't save the job when I upload the params_min.json

But more importantly, even if I create a report, nothing's happening. Maybe I'm stupid and I just don't know how to access airflow but it's not really explained in 'CONTRIBUTING' how you switched from paperboy to Airflow. You're are mentionning a folder named airflow but I searched and couldn't find any.

I would really appreciate if you try to keep this project alive as it would be trully useful for me :)
