Remove duplicate remove to many names

@Krosse, I invited you to two topic maps in maiana dev. There you can find the 
name type "short" which represent the state before and after the removed 
duplicate function.

I created the named with these tmql query:

"UPDATE names type-si ADD "new name" WHERE topic-si"

I think I fire these tmql query twice because i have still duplicate entrance 
in my test database, but this should not be the problem.
