Not working with VS Community (Update 3 and 2)

As the subject suggest, this extension unfortunately doesn't appear to work on VS Community (Update 3 and 2 at least). The extension is visible in the options and the new colorable fields appear in the theme color editor. However changing the colors have no effect whether we change the colors from the theme color editor or from the options.
