Can't send all my Gram's from account

Preconditions:
Current balance: 15,990360827
Trying to send: 15,984907760
Calculated Fee: ~0,005453067
send sum + fee = my current balance

Click "Send Grams"

Expected result:
Grams sent, balance become 0.

Actual result:

• information panel "Done! 0 Grams have been sent.";
• I see the following operation in the payments history after closing information panel:
  "0 from: [my wallet - EQBWF6nixDUSSiGzi3KdzLH7M-7B9H8-t0eVSw-9d9CMS1u9] blockchain fees: 0,004453074"
• balance after operation: 15,985907753

The fee is estimated, so if it happens to be higher at the moment of actual processing it won't process successfully :(

I think there will be a way to send exactly the whole amount to some address, I was told it is possible by a special command, but it doesn't work right now.
