set correct offset while getting time

I noticed that setTimeCorrectionOffset() exists but is never used to set the correct offset. I think the function should be called in __getTime() like:

public static function __getTime()
	{
		self::setTimeCorrectionOffset();	// Set correct offset
		return time() + self::$__timeOffset;
	}

Without this, the generated URI in getAuthenticatedURL() will have wrong expiry time.
