Ability to Verify SCITT Receipts

You should be able to verify a transparent statement completely using the editor.

It should handle finding the statement, checking the signature on the signed statement (using public key for the issuer), checking the signature on the receipt (using public key for the TS), and verifying the inclusion proof.
