3 second rolling Avg DPS/HPS/TPS chart

For a character in a combat, produce a line chart which has 1 dot per second, with a three second rolling average. The idea being to visualize DPS across the combat interval. This will involve JSChart, and most likely emitting static JSON objects into the view. Not trivial but possible.
