Are these issues meant to describe new content requests, bugs, or both?

For content/ feature requests, I think people should just file PRs, since someone put effort into making this repo very easy to contribute to.

For bugs, the template could look something like:

Steps to reproduce
Expected behavior
Actual Results
Visual

@dwarrier sure, could be whatever we want. Idea behind the template, is to pre-populate/scaffold out git issues with the same look/feel as well as a "questionnaire" to make sure everything is got. :)
