Add support for setting, editing and viewing a datasheet url that has been attached to the snippet #345

What do you mean by a datasheet url? I was thinking of having a new file in the code editor which could be named data-sheet.md which will be having the details

I think the best implementation would just be to have snippet.datasheet_url

we should properly import the datasheet url from jlcpcb, that is the biggest use case. So when someone clicks "Import JLCPCB" we should make sure the datasheet url is included. There are design elements of this as well, feel free to create sub-issues (that may individually be bountied) if you're unsure. The PR could be big I'm not sure
