publish/unpublish snippets

the registry is cluttered with example snippets, let's make a feature so that only you can see your unpublished snippets, but we still need a way to share unpublished snippets with others

I was originally thinking 3 types of snippets

• unlisted
• public
• private

For publishing, i think there should be versions like npm (and you can go back to any previous version, import specific versions etc.)
