There are two :meth: in pyslim documentation, but they are not displayed correctly. For example, https://tskit.dev/pyslim/docs/latest/tutorial.html#sec-tutorial-adding-neutral-mutations shows

I created a pull request, #349, and modified :meth: as {func}
