Conclusies: text to speech output wordt niet meer gebruikt. Hero display luistert naar action goal, feedback en status/resultaat om tekst weer te geven. JS api implementeert goal topic om vanuit UI ttts aan te spreken.

Tijdelijk publiceert tue_mobile_ui - robot_api dus zowel op het (amigo) topic als het tmc action goal topic. Evt. kan ook een tmc topic voor het display gebruikt worden
