Hi
When using different PYZ directory names and namespaces over all projects you have to change these values all the time. Please make it possible to apply changes only for the actual project.

Great plugin BTW. Can't live without it. :)

Hello again, thanks for the idea. Will look into a fallback solution, since this would break existing global settings otherwise (internally these 2 types of settings are stored completely different).
