Fetch module information

Hey there, love the board already while getting up to speed with the setup.
What I struggle with is to figure out which modules are installed without actually knowing. :)
Is there a way to query the API and get the module information back (MAC address, SN)?

We can add the user entered labels as well to this data. Once the BMC 2.1.0 release is fully deployed, this could be nice candidate to pickup
