Hello,
I have a problem installing the turnitin plugin. The plugin is compatible with version 4.4 and I'm installing it on a platform with version 4.4. When I install the plugin on the platform, I get the following error.

This error appears on two moodle platforms with the same version.
What could be causing this problem, can you help me?
