Hi,

I'm running the setup with

google-cloud-speech==2.19.0
Flask==2.2.3
Flask-Sockets==0.2.1
MarkupSafe==2.1.1

and when I run the server the hit comes from twilio but returns an error .

Error on line 1 of document : DOCTYPE is disallowed when the feature "http://apache.org/xml/features/disallow-doctype-decl" set to true.
