  • I have verified that the issue occurs with the latest twilio-video.js release and is not marked as a known issue in the CHANGELOG.md.
  • I reviewed the Common Issues and open GitHub issues and verified that this report represents a potentially new issue.
  • I verified that the Quickstart application works in my environment.
  • I am not sharing any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or sensitive account information (API keys, credentials, etc.) when reporting this issue.

To reproduce the issue:
Launch the twilio-video-app-react app, join a the meeting with Firefox on an Android device.

Expected behavior:
When a participant joins a meeting using Firefox on an Android device, all participant can communicate without hearing a background noice.

Actual behavior:
When a participant joins a meeting using Firefox on an Android device, all participant can hearing a background noice.

Hi @hantonelli , is this happening on any android devices, or only on specific device?

@charliesantos Hi Charlemagne, sorry for the late response.
It is happening in multiples Android devices, we test it in at least 3 different Androig devices, and it happened on all of them.

We have to block user to use FF in Android devices until this is solve, because the noice was very loud.
Please let me know if you need more information to been able to reproduce it.
