we get error: "52117 Deprecated GCM/FCM API is used to send notifications", when we make an incoming call to twilio virtual number.
we get the notifications from twilio voice sdk (not from notify)

@lihisha This is because as of June 2024, Google shut down the old FCM mechanism. We have been informing users to use FCM v1 tokens from now on. More information can be found here
