Ukulele

Ukulele is an artifact that you can find in vanilla structures' chests(except villages, Nether and End Cities chests) with a 3% chance. When used in hand creates a cloud of random positive effect under the player or when equipped in a back slot creates a cloud with a random negative effect under the entity that hits the player.

Tiers

1. 1-2 effect level, 20 seconds cooldown
2. 2 effect level, 20 seconds cooldown
3. 3 effect level, 20 seconds cooldown
