It is possible to release it to npm? #19 is on hold for a long time for some reason, also I didn't notice any progress on sidorares/node-mysql2#1028 😢

This would make it easier to use in node-alpine containers which don't have git installed by default.

Probably there is no need for this package at all, since types were added in mysql2 repo recently sidorares/node-mysql2@9c20c3e
