Consider adding a prompt to selected tasks if self-report questions elicit responses around suicidality (e.g. in Cambridgeshire/Peterborough, suggestions to use 111/999 as indicated). Currently we handle these using study/clinical protocols (i.e. outside CamCOPS) but perhaps sensible to add something internally as well.
(e.g. in PHQ-9, CORE-10, if suicidality reported)
would need to be institution-specific text, likely a single configurable string (or one per language, thus via XML?)
required to be provided by server (though could potentially allow a blank, with a warning to the administrator?)
