NOTE: this is only a discussion topic for now, NOT an enhancement request. We need to discuss options and potential for abuse.

PI noted they would like to be able to "de-approve" accounts to remove access from their resources. I am envisioning a button with "Remove Access" type wording for each user.

Decision is to proceed with this as an enhancement.

We can't move forward on this until HPC starts using our EventQueue api or a yaml schema is established for this type of operation.
