Slack Channel Links Are Broken #16

It seems the links located in screenshot below are broken to the slack channel, cause they take to a heroku app for slack and that app seems to not be running or has an application error.

The link here however does work so might make sense to update said broken links with the one here.

Probably would make sense to update the broken links with the one that works.

Pull request #17 should fix issues.
