  • Maybe chr19 or 1/10th of it? 100x coverage
  • generate statistics for our pipleline

You'll find a bunch of test data under /ffs/test/cbcl/wbiesing/testdata/hg19* as well as a very small (1,000x2 100bp reads) in our source repo at genomix/genomix-driver/src/test/resources/data/sequence/pathmerge/hg19*.

I have yet to run the stats on these datasets.
