cvex -d sometimes leaves residual components such as VMs in ~/VirtualBox VMs, even though they disappear from the VirtualBox GUI. Also, when all VMs are deleted, there are still Vagrant Boxes left on the system (the list of boxes can be shown by vagrant box list). Please find the way to completely remove all residual components.
