Cannot include eoslib

I just cloned EOSio today, maybe the commit you worked with 4 months ago didn't have this problem.
In Clion, although I updated CMakelists to point to the correct /usr/local/eos etc...
There is an error "Cannot include <eoslib/currency.hpp> and also cannot see uint_64
What could this mean? I am able to import the EOSio project, and after changing in settings the location for BOOST_ROOT I can build stuff...
