Update translations ahead of LD Access final deployment #115

For the LD Access service, we need to make sure translations are up to date.

For PyWB, this is based on following https://github.com/ukwa/ukwa-pywb/blob/master/docs/localization.md
This also needs checking for NPLD Player
It would also be good to document how to keep/update the ukwa-site c.f. Translations are incomplete for static UI content ukwa-site#32
