This seems to be a limitation of Chromium (source: https://superuser.com/a/1548749), so I doubt it would be a feature integrated into this package.
However, some have Chrome extensions to bypass that, over in the undetected-chromedriver repo: ultrafunkamsterdam/undetected-chromedriver#1903
