What were you trying to achieve?

Establish a reconnection to cvms server after cvm server is restarted.

What are the expected results?

Agent should reconnect to cvms server

What are the received results?

When cvms server is restarted, agent does not attempt to reconnect to cvms server after the loss in connection.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Run cvms server
  2. Create vm
  3. Restart cvms server
