Feature: Change the CLI so it calculates the measurement based on the vTPM and OVMF used

The current measurement option of the CLI cannot calculate the measurement of the CVM if the COCONUT-SVSM (vTPM) is used with OVMF. The idea is to redo the option so it calculates the new hash.

Describe the feature you are requesting, as well as the possible use case(s) for it.

The tool that can calculate the measurement can be found here. The tool is written in Rust so the new measurement CLI option needs to call the Rust code from GO or the mentioned tool needs to be rewritten in GO.
