Thanks for your DRAMsim3 tools, It's very easy to use and help me a lot.

but I have a problem about this, when I run a trace file with DRAMsim3 DDR4_8Gb_x16_3200.ini , the total cycle is 10,000, and the total energy is 2.11e+07 pJ, and average power is 2117.93 mW,

since P=Wt , so , t = 10us, which mean 1ns per cycle, but I think the unit of cycle clock should be tCK, which is 0.63ns in the config file.
