Question: This is a very neat project, I'm wondering if you could provide some insight into how one might go about adapting it to alternative XML DTDs, and how formidable a task that might be?

Hi. To validate with a different schema I would recommend to hook Angles to a server component (see this example).
The contextual help, however, is designed to work with ODD-defined languages, so that would only work with TEI and MEI dialects.

If you want to do client-side validation, that would be a more daunting task as you'd have to produce a file similar to this one for your schema.

thanks for the feedback and tips. that client-side validator looks pretty daunting, I don't think I'll be trying that!
