When I tested CT/CBCT, CT(pre-operation)/CT(postoperative ablation ) with the uniGradICON /multiGradICON model, I found that the registration failed! It was as follow:
CT/CBCT with multiGradICON model, default setting: (the output of lnnc2 with IO is similar):
Questions:
Is the preprocessing of CBCT the same as CT? (PancreasDataset in dataset_multi.py uses the same preprocessing)
For pre-operative CT and post-operative ablation CT, what methods can be used to ensure that the tumor region does not deform while other regions are properly registered? Without restrictions, the tumor may deform to fit the ablation area, resulting in an undesired deformation.

Hi! May I as a clarification question? Is this CT:CBCT registration where the transform is used to warp a PET image co-aquired with the CBCT, or are you registering the CT scan directly to the PET?
I'm sorry to hear that the algorithm is not working well for you yet!
Thank you for your efforts to this work!
