Add an installation guide on how to deploy the united manufacturing hub on an already existing Kubernetes cluster

Why would this feature be useful?

There might be use cases where there already is a Kubernetes cluster deployed for other reasons, and so it would be useful to have a tutorial on how to deploy the united-manufacturing-hub on those clusters.
