Great idea! How to people go about the handling of money with an open source project though?

There is a platform called the Open Collective <https://opencollective.com/>, it's a platform where you can list Open Source Projects and get funding. It's very cool as it's a directory and lots of NGO use it because it's open and transparent, it would be fantastic to get the OSPAT up there so we can get funds for advertising and time from experts in the field. The only barrier is that we need at least 100 stars to list the project. Any ideas how we can get there?

Essentially the third party https://opencollective.com/ holds the funds openly. For instance, https://opencollective.com/psychedelic-safety have around £1.5k in the bank which is openly available for people to apply to who contribute to the cause. |
Wow that is very cool. Are there any publications or podcasts we could try and get OSPAT on that would attract GitHub users to the project?Sent from my smartphone. On Dec 13, 2022, at 15:09, Dr David Knowles ***@***.***> wrote:

There are quite a few actually: https://blog.feedspot.com/open_source_podcasts/ |
There are three on that list that would probably have the highest ROI for our time. Can you contact me to coordinate a plan?
