For this, we would need to switch from JWPlayer to Paella, which already has xAPI support
teltek/PuMuKIT2-up2u-pr-bundle#1

We haven't done the change yet because there is a slight difference in how each player reports errored videos, I'll put a couple of screenshots later on what I mean.
