cleanconf/etc/named.conf already exists

After scan of the system, you can see the message, that seems like PA tries to copy a changed configuration file that already exists in cleanconf directory:

The '/root/preupgrade/cleanconf/etc/named.conf' configuration file already exists in the '/root/preupgrade/cleanconf/etc' directory

I am not sure now why the message arise now, but it should be checked.
