What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open MC or Emacs with TERM=xterm
2. Mover Cursor to Menu (clickable item)
3. Click does nothing.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
MouseClick or xterm-mouse-mode behavior/
point and click

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS X

Mouse support would be good, but setting TERM=xterm on this Terminator dooms 
you to bad behavior, so I suspect you're actually talking about the other 
Terminator, per the first entry at  
https://code.google.com/p/jessies/wiki/TerminatorFAQ.
