Allow hyakvnc to pull configuration data from same directory as script, so that per-user/per-group configuration can be handled without conflicts.

Now possible to persist configuration with a file of environment variables in .hyakvnc/hyakvnc-config.env -- see updated README.md. Might be able to use python3 -c with the included JSON module to generate environment variables from a JSON file.
