Set up slack WebHook
integrate POST WebHook into code
Format slack Message to meet needs + fancy
backend needs changes to check whether or not the nurse has sent the notification
OR backend needs to send the request directly to the webhook url upon two months
We need a way to store the state, so I'm guessing something on back needs to be checked off
Front end flow for now

Process thru slack instead?
