[BUG]Re Positioning not working

Take a Horizontal Layout and drag it to antoher (higher) position. In my case directly below the element "Checkout View"

In the code the instantiation is not moved so looks after moving like this:

add(horizontallayout4, horizontallayout2); HorizontalLayout horizontallayout4 = new HorizontalLayout();
