Custom Fire Sources not Working

Any custom block I put into the config, say an oak plank or slab, will not fire kilns or cook recipes on a stone grill. The lit fibre torch as well will not do any of the above either. Only fire works.

This may be a mod compat issue, so here is the modlist;
