dxf not displaying correctly

I am currently implementing a custom viewer but the following happens, the dxf that I passed does not display correctly, there is a shift in the coordinates, I have tested the same dxf in other online viewers and it shows it correctly. If you could give me some guidance on what might be happening .

Looks like QCAD is also not able to display it properly (it displays it in the same was as dxf-viewer).

AutoDesk online viewer display it as intended:

Seems the problem is related to advanced transform from OCS to WCS, i.e. with entity arbitrary elevation and extrusion direction. This feature is not currently implemented.
