Description

C# client and tests work fine on Windows, but CI - isn't.

Checklist

  • Fix Valkey installation/compilation
  • Fix client benchmarking if needed
  • Fix cluster_manager script if needed
  • Fix benchmarks/csharp/.editorconfig symlink
  • Fix GetAndSetCanHandleNonASCIIUnicode test
  • Fix library path - C#: Fix build on windows. #3223
