exclude Pre-collection Landsat data

is it possible to exclude the Landsat Pre-Collection data from the downloading, since it is a huge duplication.

Hi, I think the issue is the Google Cloud Platform holds both Pre (Pre-Collection) and C1(Collection 1) Landsat archive. Once going through the Metadata, both images from pre and C1 are identified and downloaded. The images are almost identical but the C1 archive is of better quality. Thus, it is a duplication to download both. It would be nice if you can simply add an option to neglect those Pre-Collection scenes.
